This is a standing committee. This committee is responsible for overseeing all activities of the clubhouse, pool
and recreational facilities; as well as partnering with the Club Manager in developing activities for members of
They are responsible to monitor the condition and inventory of the physical assets and recommend a
maintenance/replacement policy in accordance with the reserve study.
The committee is responsible to recommend policy and procedures for facility use and for conduct at the clubhouse,
the pool, and other recreational facilities, and to review Club policies, practices, and suggest new where the need is identified.
The committee will partner with the Manager to interview, recommend hiring and monitoring of the service
providers (caterers, bands, DJs, etc.).
The committee is responsible to coordinate with the manager to ensure that events are properly staffed either
through the use of volunteers, staff or service providers.
The committee should, in conjunction with the finance committee, develop an annual Club operating budget
inclusive of self-funded events and keep ongoing oversight of expenditure against budget.
